Internet Services
The use of the Internet has become a critical component of many businesses in the past several years. CRA has continued to guide our clients through the advances in harnessing the benefits of the web. CRA's diverse range of applications and custom solutions can improve efficiency in project management or simplify daily activities.
Many of the Internet Services applications have been developed to meet our client's "outside the box" thinking when they ask us, Would it be possible to...?
Whether you are searching for that new approach or require more traditional Internet services, CRA has the expertise to meet your needs.
How can we help you?
Collaborative Websites
We can help improve project management by creating a project specific web site through the use of Microsoft's SharePoint. This web site solution is designed to improve the way your team manages information and activities. Now you (without the need of a webmaster) can easily administer a web site that serves as the central repository of all project information including documents, contacts, tasks, discussions, and more.
Application Outsourcing
Numerous web-based applications have been developed by CRA to centralize data sources or replace older mainframe activities. One application area with particular focus has been Environmental, Health and Safety (ESH) Management. CRA currently manages the storage/search, authoring, and distribution of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for clients. A detailed web-enabled ESH Incident Reporter has also been developed with the ability to track incidents and generate required reports for regulatory agencies.
Web-Based Conferencing
Eliminate unnecessary travel through the use of web conferencing. Whether for project management meetings, demonstrations, seminars, training, or troubleshooting, CRA is able to web conference in unlimited number of attendees at one time. Documents, applications, or web sites can be shared or even remotely operated by meeting participants.
Custom Solutions
Clients constantly approach us to look at possible web-based solutions to their requirements. After determining the client's needs, CRA does not hesitate in recommending off the shelf applications that we can assist in implementing. However, if a product is not available (or appears overly inflated), CRA will sit down with the client to assess what potentially can be developed and at what cost.
